I have tried a lot of weight loss teas, (in the name of SCIENCE!) And I can honestly say this tastes the best of the lot, which isn't saying much, but still, if you're in the market for a weightloss tea, I would go with this one. It turns your tongue slightly numb and tastes of mint, and that ginseng earthiness, but overall, it does cover up the senna nicely. Presumably it makes you defecate to reduce your weight, just like all of the other weightloss teas, because cassia is the main ingredient, and that is what it does.
