    Yes it works and its cheap :) You will cramp the first few days especially if you eat something unhealthy. But it is worth it as it helps you pee a lot too and we all know that us women hold in a lot of water weight :) I suggest it to everyone

    I like the Cali Girl Tea if you drink it like it says in the begining one tea bag for a entire day you will have bowle movements more so after you eat something. And you will have some stomach cramping that gets less and less as you use it. But it works! Loosing up to 3lbs a day. I love it!

    This is straight up cassia/senna tea. That's ALL there is in it. Apparently Senna leaves are the thing that make you poop a lot. It says that you may experience bowel movements in the first or second day.
